Authentic flavors of the Pacific
At the restaurant of Madre Selva we believe in conscious, natural cuisine deeply connected to the territory. Our kitchen is inspired by the Km 0 concept, using fruits and vegetables grown on our own organic farm, Madre Selva, as well as fresh products from small producers in the community of Termales. We also work directly with local fishermen, buying the fresh catch of the day and supporting the economy of the coastal community.
For this reason, our cuisine focuses mainly on dishes prepared with fresh fish from the region, as well as vegetarian options made with natural ingredients. Each dish reflects the flavors of the Colombian Pacific, prepared with respect for nature, the culinary tradition of Chocó, and the commitment to offering an authentic oceanfront experience.
How to get there?
To get to Madre Selva Eco Lodge, you need to take a flight to Reyes Murillo Airport. in Nuquí. There are direct flights from Medellín, Cali, Quibdó, Pereira, and Cartago. On Thursdays and Sundays, there are also direct flights from Bogotá; on the other days, they are usually connecting flights.
Once you arrive at Nuquí Airport, the dock is located a 3–4 minute walk away.
From Nuquí, there are two options to get to Termales: public boat or private boat.
The boat ride takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the type oftransportation and sea conditions.
Upon arriving in Termales, our team will welcome you, and from there you will walk a few minutes toMadre Selva Eco Lodge.
